Relational Values Leadership

The McCoy College Student Success Center hosts a six-week, cohort-based program in collaboration with McCoy’s Building Supply to develop the competencies students need to become effective leaders. 

What You'll Learn

This is a high-level, intensive program that unpacks the realities of how one’s personal approach to leadership helps or hinders shaping an organizational culture. You will explore topics and activities related to personal growth, team dynamics, and strategic thinking. 

Participants can expect in-depth self-reflection, case discussions, practical activities, coaching and confidence to lead effectively in today’s organizational context. 

Leadership Outcomes

  • Students will understand personal leadership skills and styles
  • Students will discover the foundation for building a Relational Values Culture
  • Students will apply personal values, passion, and interest
  • Students will articulate a personalized leadership definition

Timeline

  • Applications are due Friday, April 19th 
  • Notification of Interview will be sent Friday, April 26th 
  • Interviews will take place May 1st - 10th 

Who Should Enroll

This program is designed for students seeking to expand their skill set in leading themselves and others through a relational values culture. It is designed for leaders seeking a way to grow themselves, grow others, and grow the organization. 

The student must not be graduating in the semester of application.
