Program Overview
The Dick Burdick Dean’s Leadership Academy at McCoy College of Business is the premier, invitation-only program designed to shape the next generation of ethical, innovative, and globally minded business leaders.
Each year, 15 exceptional juniors and seniors are selected for a transformative, yearlong experience that blends academic rigor, leadership development, global exposure, and direct mentorship from business executives and the McCoy College dean.

Our application process
Admission is highly competitive, with only 15 juniors selected annually. Our critera process takes into consideration academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to growth.
