Program Overview
The Dean’s Leadership Academy at McCoy College of Business is a premier, invitation-only program designed to shape the next generation of ethical, innovative, and globally minded business leaders. Each year, 15 exceptional juniors and seniors are selected for a transformative, yearlong experience that blends academic rigor, leadership development, global exposure, and direct mentorship from business executives and the Dean.
