Mentee Participation
The McCoy College of Business Student Success Center connects junior and seniors together with McCoy Alumni in a way to benefit mentees and mentors.
How It Works
The McCoy College Student Success Center utilizes software to pair juniors and seniors with experienced business professionals based on career goals, industry knowledge, and areas of expertise.
The program will launch at the beginning of each semester, with a mandatory orientation meeting for new mentees prior to sending connection requests and meeting your mentor.
Mentees must be:
- McCoy College juniors or seniors (with at least a full semester left while being in the program)
- Attend a mandatory orientation at the beginning of each semester
- Be proactive in the relationship by driving and initiating meetings
- Clearly communication goals and expectations
- Respond to mentors within two days
