Mentor Participation
The McCoy College of Business Student Success Center connects junior and seniors together with McCoy Alumni in a way to benefit mentees and mentors.
How it Works
Juniors and seniors in the McCoy College of Business are paired with experienced professionals via an online platform that provides an algorithm and matches based on goals, industry knowledge, and areas of expertise.
The program launches at the beginning of each academic semester, includes a mandatory orientation meeting prior to the request of your mentee. All participants commit to meeting at least three times per semester, either in person or virtually, for one academic semester.
Requirements
- Have at least one year of professional experience
- Honor all appointments, set aside time for mentoring and respond to emails within two business days
- Keep information confidential and provide honest feedback
