Our Mission
The McCoy College Student Success Center creates and cultivates opportunities for undergraduate students to create a roadmap to advance their academic, professional, and personal development with career-readiness in mind.
We help students become McCoy Ready by:
- Providing a series of activities, workshops, and experiences that foster strategic curiosity.
- Standardize student experiences involving real-world challenges, practical training, and high-impact practices with career-readiness in mind.
- Serving as a point to drive data-enabled strategies to develop student success initiatives.
- Providing greater flexibility, responsiveness, and innovation in addition to our centralized Career Services department
The McCoy College Student Success Center offers a decentralized structure that allows us to be closer to the student and more responsive, with greater flexibility for innovation and experimentation, faster and smoother flow of information, and the ability to develop customizable services for our students.
